1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you would like to request a return, cancellation or exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so through our Request Return link or by contacting us at europe@allegoryink.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.
For consumers located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
If your order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the last item.
After submitting a withdrawal request, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
All returned products must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition.
For safety and hygiene reasons, ALLEGORY EUROPE S.L. cannot accept returns of ink or other consumable liquid products where the product has been opened, unsealed, used or is no longer suitable for resale due to health or hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed by ALLEGORY EUROPE S.L. or required by applicable law.
We may reduce the refund if the returned goods have lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
If you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, any additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
If you cannot provide an order number and we are unable to verify the original purchase, we may be unable to process the refund.

2. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please submit a request through our Request Return link or contact us as soon as possible at europe@allegoryink.com.
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be accepted once an order has entered the preparation or shipping process.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still be able to exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the goods, subject to the conditions set out in this policy.

3. Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for any additional charges resulting from:
- Missed deliveries
- Re-delivery attempts
- Refused or unclaimed packages
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
Any related fees may be deducted from the final refund amount, except where this would conflict with applicable consumer protection law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information is correct at checkout.
