Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
1. Returns
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at europe@allegoryink.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.
ALLEGORY EUROPE S.L. does not accept returns on ink or other consumable liquid products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original order date.
All returned products must be in new, unopened, and unused condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on product condition and packaging.
1.1. Refunds
Refunds will be processed 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
If you cannot provide an order number and we are unable to verify the original purchase, your refund will be issued as store credit equal to the list price of the product at the time of sale.

2. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Because we process orders quickly, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and prepare your order for shipment as soon as checkout is completed.
Exception for backorders
Orders containing back-ordered products may be canceled at any time before they are shipped.

3. Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for any additional charges resulting from:

Missed deliveries

Re-delivery attempts

Refused or unclaimed packages
Any related fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Address Corrections
Customers are responsible for ensuring that billing and shipping information is correct at checkout.
Any additional carrier fees resulting from:

Delivery interception

Re-routing requests
will be charged to the customer.
